The room itself was incredible! Beautiful view and nice little balcony to sit on and enjoy. But the check in was super confusing as it was in a completely different building. So after unloading luggage, walking around to the the correct building only to be told our room is in the building we originally were at. Had to pay the resort fee, only to find out nothing is open. No gondola, no restaurants, or anything as a matter of fact. Definitely not a place to stay when it’s not snowy out. So pretty bothered by having to pay the fee when we got nothing out of it.

As a person who works out nearly everyday, the gym is important to me, and this gym was poor and straight out of the 70’s. Neither treadmill worked, machines were from the 70’s or earlier.
